- Inspection & Issuance: Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the Soroti University Procurement and Disposal Unit (PDU) from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM during working days.
- Document Fee: A non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000/= (Uganda Shillings One Hundred Thousand only).
- Payment Procedure: Payment shall be made through the Bank via the Government of Uganda/URA central collection system. Log in at payment.sun.ac.ug to obtain a ZeePay reference number before making payment in any bank.
