- New Reporting Date: Saturday, 8th August 2026 (Brought forward from Saturday, 15th August 2026)
- Orientation Programme Starts: Monday, 10th August 2026
Students are strongly encouraged to report on the revised date to ensure enough time to settle into campus accommodation and participate fully in the mandatory orientation week.

Follow these three simple steps to retrieve your offer letter from the university’s online admissions portal:
- Visit the Portal: Open your web browser and go to admissions.sun.ac.ug.
- Log In: Select your preferred login method (Email or Telephone Number), enter your credentials, and click Login.
- Download Your Letter: Navigate to your application dashboard (under My Application Form) and click the “DOWNLOAD OFFER LETTER” button.
