Bid Documents
Interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents from the Procurement and Disposal Unit during official working hours (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.).
Bidding documents may be obtained upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 50,000 (Fifty Thousand Shillings Only).
Payment shall be made through the Government of Uganda/URA Central Collection System by accessing payment.sun.ac.ug to generate a ZeePay reference number before making payment in any designated bank.
Viewing of Items
Interested bidders may inspect the disposal items from 8th June 2026 to 18th June 2026 during working hours.

Completed bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked:
