The latest association to join the growing number of institutions and associations to choose Soroti university as the ideal venue for their meetings is the Dean of students’ forum.
The Guild presidents and Dean of Students from both public and private universities in Uganda will descend to Soroti university for their annual meeting, confirming the suitability of our campus as the venue of choice to host events.
Under their umbrella organisation the Uganda Dean of Students forum( UDOSF), Soroti university will from the 18th-20th September this year play host to the 16th Guild leaders and 8th Dean of students’ conference.
Under the theme “shaping the future of Uganda’s higher education through innovation, technology and student leadership, Guild presidents and five members from each guild cabinet together with their dean of students from universities in the country will take part in the conference.
In May this year, Soroti University hosted Association of Uganda University Sports (AUUS) for three-days meeting with participants coming from all the universities in Uganda. A total of about 200 people are expected to attend the conference.
